"This is my 3rd time buying a car at a dealership and my first time leaving a positive review for one. I pretty much did everything by email and phone. I drove 2.5 hrs to this dealership to test drive a car I saw online. When I got there, the car was washed and parked up front, ready for me to test drive. The sales person was very friendly, caring, experienced, and ready to help with all my concerns. The best thing about my experience was that I was not pushed into anything, rushed, nor did I spend a whole lot of time there. These guys had it together. I got a great price for the vehicle I selected, and they made sure I was happy with my purchase. The vehicle had a crack on the windshield, which I did not notice during the test drive, and they offered to replace it and deliver it to my house the next day so that I did not have to make a second trip down. So the car was delivered cleaned and gas up full. .. we were very happy about the easy buying procedure. Thanks, Steve Adams, for the great experience."

"Drove almost 3 hours to look at an expedition and from the moment we got to the store chuck and the staff were great!! Treated us like we were the most important people there. The car buying process is not the fastest thing in the world but even with as busy as they were we were in and out in about 3 hours! Had an issue with the car after we got it home and they quickly had us take it to a local mechanic and they were very quick to get the problem resolved even tho they didn’t have to (it being a used car).
