"The staff are very friendly and great to answer questions. My medications are all less expensive, and I love having them auto delivered every 3 months. It does typically take a couple of weeks to get new medication authorized and delivered, but after the initial setup they are wonderful! If you are needing something urgent like an antibiotic, it's probably best to use your local pharmacy."

"It was a huge mistake switching over to this pharmacy. It takes weeks to get a prescription delivered. That's an insane amount of time to get something like essential medications sent to you. I live less than an hour away too! They also never call you back if you leave a message. Why do they even offer a call back option then? If you do call, their hold wait times average 45 minutes! This place is a joke. The only reason I switched over to the home delivery is because my insurance refused to fill more than a 30 day supply at my local pharmacy. I am so unhappy with this pharmacy. You'd expect better from a health giant like Intermountain Healthcare."

My experience could not have been any greater. I had some questions that Jason needed a couple days before he could answer for me because of when my prescriptions could be filled. Jason took the time to call me back twice as scheduled. Looking forward to saving some money on our prescriptions. Thank you Jason."
