"Placed, paid for and got a confirmation on Monday that my prescription was being processed. Called today (Wednesday) to get an update on its status. At first, I was told that my order had shipped. When I asked for a tracking number, I was told it had not shipped and to expect delivery next week. That’s disappointing, especially when my doctor said that Hillcrest Pharmacy’s customer service was excellent and I should receive my order within two or three days after placing it. One week turnaround for a prescription is unacceptable."

He got everything set up with no issues whatsoever and was kind and courteous to boot.
