"Rev It is my new favorite auto shop! I was referred after looking for quotes to replace the control arm and brakes on my vehicle. Shantel was very welcoming and Andy got my vehicle looked at right away. I was quickly presented with a very reasonable quote and fortunate they were able to start on the repairs immediately. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and why in a friendly way that was easy to understand. "Where to even start with this shop?? I’ve had so many problems with them. But the number one problem is communication. This last visit put me over the edge. Been having turbo/manifold issues. The shop never gave me a quote for a new turbo. So took it somewhere else. I need a safe vehicle for my baby. Dropped it off on a Sunday night so it could be looked at Monday. They took until Wednesday to get back with me. When they did the make a YouTube video about me and publicly humiliated me. I’m not a mechanic. So me not understanding what they were saying is a huge communication problem on their end. Be aware, they will take your money, make fun of you, and the post videos on the YouTube. I would stay far away from this shop. This barely touches the issues I’ve had with them. I wish there was a 0 star option. 1 star is way too generous."
