"Professional driver who's driving is sloppier than a soup sandwich. This genius seen 4 cars coming. Decides to pull out of of the 7-11 blocking all 3 lanes at a perfect 90* angle in the road just after the light had turned red. Then when the light does turn green, since the bozo was not in the lane of traffic, it did not trigger the protected green turn, and he held up every car for dang near the whole light. But he made his light, rest assured, blinkers be damned. Then weaved in and out of his lanes passing people doing well over the speed limit. Be glad it was my 17 year old daughter driving and not me who seen this stupidity. If the plate was not covered with a dark lens I would have called this into the PD Non-Emergency line when she got home and I downloaded the clip. ANY Uber kid would be better than this so called professional. If your going to drive like a moron, don't do it a flagged company vehicle."
