"Lady answered the phone was horrible. I asked her how much CV axle replacement would be. She said depends on how fast we could get the parts. I said what if I bring them with? She replied “we don’t have customers bring in parts, we have to make money on the parts to stay in business” then instantly hangs up. Didn’t try to make a deal or anything this girl should be fired. No wonder they have to make money on the parts to stay in business with the rude lady working there. FYI I was being totally nice to her and she was rude as could be.
