"They advertise free estimates but that isn't what they do. They charge you $50 for the estimate. If you use them they take the $50 off the bill. So I did nt use them because if they lie on their adventising I can only imgine what else they will lie about."
"Had my front bumper and grill repaired. The good, they were friendly and quick about the repair. The bad, they used cheap materials to repair the fender liners in the front that is coming apart. They didn't even replace the engine shroud that they said they would. Also said they were going to repair my antenna and cover, which they did not."

"Most places you go to treat you like a customer not this place they treat you like family and there work is top quality by far. I took my 2019 Honda Fit in to have hail damage repair after another place pushed my repair time back to the end of the year but Carl’s did not hesitate on taking my car in and start on it ASAP. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here to have work done and if you have any problems after the repair they have no problem at all making it right to keep you happy.
