"I came to this shop a year ago to fix an issue with my breaks that should've been solved by replacing the rotors, break pads, and break fluid. Although he did the replacement he did not do it correctly, causing my car more damage and he did not do anything with the fluid. I asked him to look around for what could still be causing my issue and he told me everything is fine. It still was not fine when I drove my car off the lot and only a year later I need to replace the rotors and pads again. He lied to my face about something that could easily cause an accident, and it almost did."
