"Absolutely horrible customer service and business skills! Buyers beware! They had the absolute perfect truck for the price and my husband was talking with Lawrence. All went OK until my husband said he needed to talk to our bank lady to get a check. We are from Amarillo and Lawrence was very impatient in dealing with us. Everything was OK as far as waiting (less than an hour) until another person supposedly showed interest in the truck. Lawrence then promised us that he would wait for us to talk to our bank since we were first and that the only way he’d sell that truck is if the other buyer offered cash or a check (I thought that was bad enough!). The other guy needed to talk to his bank too turned out but then Lawrence wanted to start trying to make us pay them a deposit. This is all within a 3 hour timeframe tops and, not only did Lawrence keep blowing our phones up, he also was blowing up our bank lady. He couldn’t allow us until the next morning when it was already 4:00pm for them to finish drawing up the paperwork to issue us a check (we own a business so it wasn’t an issue getting approved, just a matter of time because she had other customers ahead of me she was needing to get to first). My bank lady from Amarillo National Bank this morning told me that he was calling after hours asking her about it. We finally had to just block him because he was so obnoxious. Just not good business practices and from reading other negative reviews of this place, I can see that he was trained that way. Never had such an instance happen in any instance dealing with dealerships ever and I buy at least 5 vehicles a year from dealerships alone. Our largest concern was that they just seemed so sketchy that we were afraid of the truck being misrepresented. Lawrence, you need to take a chill pill dude and quit running away good potential customers being impatient. And while you argued the fact you were impatient, you indeed were! And, I don’t appreciate when I was trying to talk to you about this that you were so rude and kept trying to interrupt me and talk over me before I could even finish what I was telling you. I literally had to ask you to let me talk!"
