"Hate to leave this review, but I took my car in this week because started having an engine issue. I'm not too handy with cars myself so I decided they had done decent work before and took it into the dealer. Reggie was our rep, and after paying for a tow out to the dealer and diagnostic told me my engine had metal flakes in the oil and internal damage plus turbo issues which be a total of 30k to fix this issue and the sales office then offered only 3k for my vehicle. (worth at least 12-15k) I had my car towed back to another mechanic, and told me there was nothing wrong with my engine and very unlikely even a turbo issue . The next mechanic drained my oil and added oil twice and was unable to see any metal flakes or any internal damage after another diagnostic. he changed my oil and all of my issues ceased. Infiniti and Reggie wont tell my how they came up with a 30k estimate and said when I asked about a refund for towing never responded to that request and stated he standsw by the diagnostic. Please do not use them without a second opinion first. I am very disappointed because they did amazing work before."
