"I took my car here for an oil change. Made an appointment online, selected the year, make and model of my car online and took off work early to get the car serviced. I asked if they would try to determine what’s rattling in the front end of the car during their inspection. They said they wouldn’t have time to look at it. I said okay just the oil change then. They told me because of the type of oil my car takes the price will not be $67 but $114, despite picking the year make and model of my car online when making the appointment. So just to recap I came here knowing I would spend more in hopes they could diagnose a rattle in the front end. They didn’t have time for that and raised the price of my oil change scheduled online by about 40%."
