"I took my car in for a repair on a wiring harness. The staff were able to find the exact problem and fix it. During the process they were able to turn around something that could have been a very negative experience and make it a very positive one. Thank you for fixing my old care and keeping it on the road. *** Change in the review due to the fact that after a month of driving the car the codes came back. I will not be taking it back because I know they will want to charge me $300 to diagnose again and then another $950 to try to fix it."

Vivia, one of the customer service reps, took care of all my questions and concerns with more grace and efficiency than I have encountered any where. Scheduling was fast, service first rate, billing transparent. We head out on a family trip with the car primed, spirits buoyed. Great team, great company, great car."

"Mercedes-Benz of Salt Lake was extremely professional towards me. Too often people are afraid to bring their Mercedes-Benz to "the dealer" because of cost. But I love my car, and I knew I couldn't just take it anywhere to give it the very specific care that my Mercedes-Benz needs. And yes, it was expensive, but it was actually a lot less expensive than I had anticipated. And they did not push me to get everything fixed all at once. They are working with me to get each mechanical problem fixed one by one over time. My car is almost 20 years old, but the staff treated me like I had just purchased a brand new $100,000 car (my car was around $100,000 new back in 2006). "I purchased my vehicle in March. I have had and engine light that comes on and off. It takes over a month every time you want to take it in. I finally get it in. They keep my vehicle for two weeks and to my knowledge did NOTHING. There are no notes or anything stating what they did this was over July 4th. I told them I wanted everything documented as my engine light is still coming on and off. They can see that i had a loner car but nothing more. Soooo I have to wait a month but I had to take a trip so to reschedule another month. I take it in when the engine light is on! Yeah great! I get my car back 24 hours to be told no engine light but they had a saved code but they are not sure if its really a gasoline somthing issues. I speak to a manger again to complain. So ONE week later guess what? Yes engine light is back on. I take a photo of it. I gas tank is NOT low, not that, that should matter. Gas tank is almost half full. I call to get a new appointment. Guess what! I have to wait until November. I complain. Sabrina sweet girl trays to get me someone to move up the appointment. That person was not available. She tells me they will call back. Its been 72 hours I have not heard back!!!! And my ENGINE light is now off!!!!! I would like some one to call and explain if this is really Mercedes B. Best customer service. I belive you would have better... A lot better."
