"Was so nice of them to hammer weights on my powder coated rims! You would think they were professionals. Make sure you tell them to put your weights on the inside of your rims where they are not visible!"
"These guys are awesome and honest. I went to another place who said I needed new rear breaks. I didn’t have time to have the work done so I put it off about 3+ months. Finally I had time and went to My Tire Guys and they told me I didn’t need them replaced just yet. I love their integrity. Matt, one of the owners is a great guy. I’ve known him and his family for years. I’ll never go anywhere else."
"Unfortunate experience. I came here to get my tires aligned after owning my car for a couple years. Wasn’t too long of a wait but when the mechanic came in to talk with the front desk person I could faintly hear some discussion about the vehicle that was ready. A few moments later they called me up, confirmed my vehicle and gave me my total. Not even a brief overview of how everything went. Basically treating me like a number in their books. I asked a couple questions about something pretty important looking on the printout the machine gave before and after the alignment. And I was assured everything was fine after they viewed the paper. Didn’t even mention a word of what the mechanic said. Not sure if they did not understand and didn’t want to say something wrong or maybe had a long day. But it would have been nice to have a little courtesy as a paying customer. The mechanic could have told me what was their discovery on my vehicle. I was only 4 feet away sitting down. So I call my dealership and told them what just happened and they were able to get me in the next morning due to a cancellation. I took the car in and they looked at it and said everything was normal and there was nothing wrong with the car, specifically nothing wrong with what was written on the paper from this shop. They align the tires due to one being completely off and I pay for ANOTHER alignment. I call the shop and explain what just happened and was basically told every machine is different. And that I don’t know how to read the paper right. They mentioned if their mechanics see something wrong they won’t mess with it. Well if something is wrong and you know it is wrong before (because you are taking before measurements) I would imagine it is normal to speak with the customer to see what they would like to do or at least inform them. If I knew they were just going to align 3 tires and not mess with the other one I would have told them I would not like the service and just take it to the dealer to get it looked at."
"Came here bc it was the closest to where I was when I got a flat tire. I decided to rotate my tires while I was in. After picking up my car, I had an extreme vibration when accelerating. Their explanation was that my axels must have broke when rotating my tires. They wouldn’t take any responsibility because “the don’t work on German cars”. Still not sure why they didn’t tell me that before I dropped it off. In addition to this, the bolt covers and caps were missing on my rims. They admitted it was careless to not put the caps on but the assured me they did a good job with the more technical things. Fyi- if you need a reliable mechanic, Autobahn in Orem is excellent. They’ve serviced 4 of my vehicles over the last 11 years and I’ve never had one bad experience. Not one."
"We had been to another popular tire shop that instead of telling us there was a nail they wanted us to change each out tire. We took it to My Tire Guys and they checked the tire, found the nail, and patched it! They then told us that we would not need new tires for x amount of miles. Great customer experience!"
