"Josh the manager is nice. But go to Saratoga springs! The waiting time is horrendous though! 3 hours for rotation, and install. Don't lie people, and say an hour and a half, if you plan to take 3 hours! This location tire center needs its staff wiped out, and start over."

"We've used this location several times over the last 4 years but the service has gone downhill the last few times we've used them. I went in to get two tires replaced. Unfortunately they replaced the wrong ones. When I returned and told them what happened they got angry and said they would never make a mistake like that... then tried to sell me another two tires."

"They desperately need a “call” button for the front desk. You might be waiting a long time for anyone to come help you. They don’t always call you to tell you your car is done. They said they would call and I’ve waited 45 minutes longer than I had to because they just… don’t try to tell you. This has happened multiple times now. 6 out of 7 times they do not call. Also just FYI- this is my bad for making assumptions, but they will not let you know if your brake pads are worn. I thought they would just tell you that sort of thing and I instead found out by a grinding noise while driving. That’s not their fault, but may be handy to know that’s not something they do."

"Went in with a flat tire. They took 1 hour to “fix it”. The next day the tire was flat again. They also stripped 2 of my lug nuts and took one from the back tire to replace one of the two stripped in the front. Had to drive around missing 2 lug nuts over the weekend. Took it back in.. this time they took 1 hour and a half before they could even take it in. Costco might be a good place to buy tires from but if you have a flat tire.. you’re better off at another place."

"I wish I could give negative starts. Go to a real tire place, Costco is not worth it. I booked my appointment online, prepaid for my tires, and had to wait 2 weeks for the tires to arrive. Really dumb considering they had my tires in stock at the store. I went in, they said my order was cancelled and that "this happens sometimes" no clue why it was cancelled. Luckily they could get me in, they said they'd call me in an hour since I was the first job it shouldn't take long. Waited there an hour an a half, no phone call. Picked up my car that afternoon and drove home. The next morning on my way to work one tire BLEW OUT on 1-15! Less than 10 miles later. I dropped it of at the Sandy location and they said they would call me, again, no phone call. I went to pick it up and they charged me an installation fee for the replacement tire, they said the Lehi store should reimburse me. The Lehi store wanted nothing to do with me, the tire center was saying a manager would call me back and never did. Nobody could tell me what happens next if my car had damage. They finally got the manager on duty to tell me to come in and fill out an insurance claim. I went in and they refused to even talk to me, they just had a cashier bring the claim form out from their office. The insurance covered the cost of my repairs and took care of me but Costco was horrible. Go to a real tire place."
