"My car was perfectly healthy before I brought my car here. I should've known better not to trust this money grubby, lazy, company to take me car. I came here for an oil change and they said I had all kinds of problems. They made it seem like my brakes were gonna fail and pressured me into getting new brakes. They gave me the wrong oil for my car. And made a big deal about how they needed two lugnuts for my car. I suspect they never drained my old oil and Over filled it with the wrong one. I had planned a road trip the day after and I only got an hour away from my home with oil pouring sevearly in the middle of the canyon. My gasket blew. And it's going to cost me around 3k. I hope everyone never trusts jiffy lube ever. Please never ever trust this greedy company and go find a friend who is good with cars"

"The staff was great. I was in and out quickly. Once I pulled in, everyone chipped in and worked on the car to check the fluids, clean the windshield, perform the emissions check and safety inspection. It was awesome to see sick great teamwork."

"Getting way too expensive for an oil change. The last time I received service (3,000 miles prior), I purchased and had them change my cabin filter. Today, he told me that whoever installed the filter, damaged it so I would need a new one. I told them it was purchased and installed here for $25. He said he couldn’t do anything about it since it was something like an oil change. Not coming back."

"Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible! I went in for a basic oil change. They put the wrong type of oil in my car, up charged me like crazy. A couple weeks later was having problems with my car and had a different mechanic look at it. He checked my oil and it came out black and oil was so low. It looks like it was never changed. I thought I could trust jiffy lube for something this basic but nope! If you want to waste your money and leave with more problems than you came with, this is the place for you."
