"DON'T buy their service plan unless you want to wait 1 week+ for any maintenance, including something as simple as an oil change. Maybe they're just understaffed, but it's incredibly frustrating to have paid for a service and not actually be able to use it when you need it."

"My husband's car was leaking coolant and overheated once, we took it here for repairs. The radiator had a leak, they replaced it for a decent price, but after work when we picked it up they had closed and the car had an issue starting and was running really rough. Next morning I take the car back, and I was told the head gasket was warped. AND we were slapped with an $1850 repair bill on top of the $400 dollars we just paid. My question is after the radiator was replaced how did they not check if the car was running correctly after the repair. Why did they return it to us in a bad condition then say that it was the head gasket. If the issue was overheating and coolant. That would be something you check? Correct. DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SHOP. I will be reviewing this place everywhere I can."
