"I drove down from OK for the EFT service. The first employee was utterly useless, and basically left me to my own devices, second employee tried to help, so points for that. However I won't be returning, and particularly when I hear things like 'it's very finnicky' that should translate into assistance."
"The blonde haired lady with glasses... How does she still have a job here? She clearly hates it and treats every customer terribly as if they are such an inconvenience. She is probably the meanest, rudest, and most condescending woman I have ever met in my entire life. We have shipped MANY packages here over the years, but after today's experience I will never come back again. Although, this is probably just giving them what they want because if they cared about their customers, this lady would have been gone years ago! We have never had a single pleasant experience with her. I watched her be rude to the lady in line in front of me as well. This UPS store, if not UPS in general, has permanently lost my business. If I get a message back saying the lady was fired I MIGHT consider giving this store another shot. She is rude, condescending, a liar, and clearly doesn't know what she's doing. She does not deserve this job and I'm sure there are plenty of people out there that would be glad to take her place and actually treat customers with a bit of respect. I came in today with a packaged $2,000 (RTX 4090) graphics card I needed to send out for RMA. I asked for insurance on the package and she told me anything worth over $1,000 HAD to be shipped next day air. I don't understand how insuring the package for a certain amount has anything to do with which shipment speed I have to use. When I asked why, she said "because it's guaranteed." What is guaranteed? Delivery? That's what the insurance is supposed to be for! I did not need it delivered by a certain time. She lied about the dimensions of my box and I have photos of my FedEx receipt to prove it. She added an inch to every single dimension but my box was exactly 18x14x8 inches. When I asked her about it, she remeasured it and clearly saw that the dimensions were not as large as she was saying, and even acknowledged that while I was looking at the tape measure with her, but then continued to type the same dimensions into her computer saying she has to round up 1 inch. There was nothing to round up! The numbers were even! She wanted to charge me nearly $300 to ship this package to NJ! And then she told me that if I paid that much to ship it with the insurance, and didn't buy one of their boxes, It would only be covered for loss and not damages. I spent 2 hours gathering packing materials and perfectly packaging this graphics card to prevent it from being damaged during shipping and I was NOT about to take it out of the box again. I was given specific instructions by the manufacturer on how to package this and a UPS worker does not know how to properly package a massive GPU to prevent it from damage during shipment. I almost paid the nearly $300 but In the end I decided to try somewhere else and I'm so glad I did! FedEx shipped this for me, in the same box I already had it packaged in, with $2,000 worth of insurance covering loss, theft or damage, for only $64. I know a store manager or someone reads these reviews because they respond to them. I don't really need a response, unless it says "she's gone." You know the lady we are all talking about. There are many, many reviews about her. If you continue to employ her, it will only hurt your store's business, and continued to lower the already ridiculous 2.5 star overall you have on Google. This one lady alone is doing this to your store. So many of the reviews mentioned rude employees and a rude woman. 99% of them are the same lady. Blonde hair with glasses. Makes no difference to me either way because FedEx just saved the day today and gained a new customer from here on out. I will never even bring an Amazon return back to this store again, much less try to ship anything here. I have never in my life had such a bad customer service experience as I, and every other customer, have continuously received from this woman. There is a reason that the word rude is the number one tag for reviews on this store. This lady is that reason."
"You would think a shipping facility would be pretty straightforward. You need to ship something, you take your package to the facility, you pay for a label, you leave. Simple. This place would be exactly like that, if they hired intelligent and pleasant people. But no, not this location. The middle-aged blonde woman who wears glasses is insufferable. Everything seems exhausting to her. Everything that comes out of her mouth sounds like she is sick of talking to you. She's rude and has no idea about the policies and procedures. She has worked there for years and constantly calls a manager to tell her how to do things in the system. She's just extremely unpleasant in every way possible. She's awful. I've gone several times to ship packages and have given her a pass because we all have bad days right? I'm done. Never going back. She's not having bad days. She's just a sad woman who puts her sadness on everyone she encounters. No thank you."
"There was a guy that helped me and I did not get his name. He was younger with glasses working the front desk. I just wanted to say that this guy was so great. It was really busy in this store and he was the only one at the register. He still spoke to people while he was helping them, despite the line. He found a way to resolve problems or just have a friendly conversation with each person. I think most people would have been stressed out and annoyed (I know I would have) but he was just very kind and patient. He even asked questions to a guy that complained about another store to try and get to the bottom of his issue. It is rare to see such great customer service but this guy was on it. I wish I knew his name but he is usually there when I go in. Kudos to that guy! Great job."
