"Drove over 150 miles to look at a car he had. He confirmed the appointment the evening before. Got there. He was not there. Finally got a hold of him. He told us he lost the key the day before and had went to Ogden. Did not bother to tell us."
"Doesn't keep his word. I live in North Ogden and had a deal with Steve that I'm interesting about the 2019 VW Tiguan he had and told him that when I'm coming and told him when I started my way. After I almost arrived to his place, he told me he sold the car. Very rude! And not responsible! Also two years ago, I bought a car from him and it wasn't repaired good."
"I feel a little cheated. I bought a car from here with 7000 miles on it. It now has 17000 and the back tires are so worn out there is zero tread. The tire shop told me there is no way these tires have 17000 miles on them. That means they were switched out. He kept the nicer, new tires and put in cheaper, older ones. That is not honest work. I won’t go here again or refer anyone."
