"My Chevy trucks transmission started slipping and making sounds it shouldn't. I was referred to J&G from friends, and they did an amazing job! New transmission in less than a week, this company is fast, efficient, reliable and very easy to deal with. I highly recommend using them for any transmission issues."
"I had driven from Arizona to Utah and noticed a strange noise. I took it somewhere and they told me all my fluids look good including the transmission. My nephew referred me to J and G and they were so amazing. I took my vehicle in on a Monday (the day I was suppose to leave) they asked when I needed it done I said "by Friday." I needed a new Transmission. They had my vehicle done by Wednesday. They all were so kind. Thank you J and G helping me get home safe. My 2016 Tahoe runs like it is brand new."
"I was surprised they didn’t charge me to check my transmission fluid and that made my day. Thanks guys! I will definitely go back and pay for a service when I need to."
"When the transmission in my 01 Ford Excursion went out these guys came highly recommended from one of the Facebook groups I'm in. I hate to say it but I had a terrible experience. It started out good, their price for a Heavy Duty transmission with billet TC was fair and they had it built for me in like 3 days which was impressive. But after driving 250 miles to pick up the transmission, I had my local dealer (who I've used for 10+ years) install it and lo and behold 2nd gear wouldn't work. So I had to drive the vehicle back to J&G another 250 miles without 2nd gear. They did provide a loaner vehicle to me for a week, which was helpful. After a week of being in their shop, they called to let me know they had fixed the problem, so I went to pick up the vehicle (another 250 miles) and returned my old transmission core for the refund. When I went to get my Excursion the drivers side door was slightly ajar, and the glove compartment was open and some of my stuff was sitting on the front seat that I didn't remember being there. I thought maybe they needed to get in there for some reason and were a little sloppy, so I didn't think anything of it. Later that night when I got home I was going through my stuff and realized that $1100 worth of tools was missing from inside the vehicle. It was already after closing on Friday night so I called them first thing Monday morning, they promised to go through the security footage and see what they could find, the guy on the phone told me they'd get back with me later that day. Nothing. After being patient and waiting 3 days I tried calling twice on Thursday, no answer either time so I left a voicemail after the second call. Friday they call and say the guy who needs to look at the footage isn't there but will be back Monday. So Monday at 4pm I get a call and basically he reviewed the footage and couldn't see anything. My response was that my vehicle was in your possession, you were responsible for taking care of it. He told me they weren't liable for things missing from the interior and that there was nothing they could do and that I should file an insurance claim. So basically I pay $4500 for a new transmission, they screwed up my new transmission, my vehicle never should have been there in the first place. Then I'm liable for the $1100 worth of tools that mysteriously go missing while in their possession? Horrible. Just horrible."
"We were on vacation, 600 miles from home when our transmission gave out on us. I went in to J&G Transmissions first thing on Monday morning and explained our situation. The Service Writer I talked to said that they'd do their best to get us on the road by the end of the week. The shop was busy too. I got a call on Wednesday morning letting me know that our Silverado was all fixed and ready to go! The new transmission shifts great, there were no surprises in our bill, and I'm happy with their service and professionalism. I highly recommend J&G."
