"I am not the type to leave reviews but man, I waited 30 mins for an oil change. Decided to come back later because I had to go to work, I didn't mind because they were busy but I came back after work (and this is before a long trip) and waited an hour for a change. The guy finally came to check on me and said I was only due for a top off and sent me on my way. Both people were friendly despite the long wait but the next day, I smelled oil in my car and decided to check. The oil cap had been left off my car. I've been hit or miss with this place but I think this is the last time I go back honestly. That could have been really Bad if I hadn't caught it, I'm sorry to say but that was the worst experience so far."
"Service is POOR! Dylan is a JOKE! It takes 3 people to change oil (one underneath, one grabbing oil and the other pouring) LOL I wonder how many would it take to change a light bulb. The line is so long, so many people driving off not being helped or even asked what they need but 3 people on one car smh. Where is corporate? I wonder do they even care."
"Dylan is the worse supervisor/ manager to be running this place!! The rude and disrespect, not to mention the FAVORITISM amongst customers!! We sat out here for 48 mins and NO ONE approach the car to even ask what we needed. I had to get out the car to find them for help but as soon as others pulled up DYLAN pops out, attentive and helpful.. leaving others who were there FIRST without service!! Great Job Take 5, been a customer for 4 years and will never plan to come back!!!"
"I rarely leave bad reviews at establishments but after my experience with Take 5 I believe it warrants it. I was going in for a normal oil change and everything was fine. There was a bit of a wait but to my knowledge everything was checked and I went on my way home. I get home and notice a line of liquid trailing my car when I parked and I look on the ground and see a huge pool of oil. So I instantly call them back and am placed on hold, I waited about 13 minutes and just decided to drive back in since I was afraid the oil would drain from my car and I wouldn't be able to drive it anymore. When I got back I wasn't angry I was extremely nice but all the workers seemed (annoyed) that I had come back over their own mistake. Instantly they noticed the problem and said the gasket was completely gone (as they put it) but they were saying it in a way as if I had removed it myself and driven back....They kept saying to each other that it had been tampered with and that it wouldn't have fallen off otherwise (not taking into account that it could have been a tech issue). I have no reason to take my car home after an oil change and remove whatever they said was gone and then drive back to get another oil change it doesn't even make sense. It was so much of a hassle going back and forth and on top of that being blamed and treated like I caused the issue was the icing on the cake. I'll be going to Toyota from now on no need to put myself through treatment like this. And everyone else be careful and aware once you get your oil changed and make sure to take pictures like I did which still didn't get rid of their suspicions."
"The customer service is a top 10, not only is the customer service excellent, but the friendliness, professionalism, and the ability to let me know what my car needed and didn’t need. I appreciate how Christopher was so polite and helpful, It’s hard to get great customer service nowadays. The whole team was awesome however Christopher stood out among everyone because he was the one that actually worked on my car. Thanks again to everyone that works there! Please keep doing the great job that you guys do! Happy holidays!"
