Intermountain Specialty Pharmacy

"DO NOT USE THIS “Specialty PHARMACY”! two years after my awful experience with this Pharmacy I am still dealing with severe PTSD and panic attacks. While i was on IV LR at home during undiagnosed pancreatic failure, one of the lead pharmacists (I will leave out her name for now) accused me of using the port that was keeping me alive, to shoot heroin through. Then she verbally accosted me and refused to send the LR that was keeping me alive. She also then wrote notes and gossiped about me to be colleagues, and almost cost me my life. Then, after another 3 months of harassing me, the Intermountain Lab realized they had “lost” the results of my fecal test that showed I have a very rare condition called EPI - that was causing my severe dehydration and organ failure. After I received the call about the results, not even an hour later I received a call from that lead pharmacist trying to cover her tracks. Intermountain Specialty Pharmacy and their employee ruined my life, and 2 years later I am still dealing with the fallout from the “medical professional’s” assumption about me and subsequent actions. Intermountain should be held accountable for the actions of their employees and the destruction of life they cause. My husband, 4 year old son, and I have lost our whole lives and are now homeless and destitute because a medical professional did not do their job properly, and the multi-million dollar “Hospital” chain behind her decided to bury their heads in the sand. DO NOT USE INTERMOUNTAIN! If you can - go to University of Utah Hospitals instead."

"Never experienced anything like this agents are jokes took me 6 months to get my medication that I need due to agents cant get authorization long waits , hang ups . They girl on the phone didnt even know how to do a transfer when requested for a manger . Tooke her 10 min... They are the worst and to make it worst My Doctor now doesn't even want to deal with anymore because they cant get the job done.. If I could rate zero start I would.."
