"Probably the very worst experience I have had with a shop. Had my son's tuck "fixed" then 2 days later was having the same issue. Take it back to get "fixed" and a month later it was ready but someone had backed into something messing up the back half. They said it would be a few months but we could pick it up and bring it back once the shop they used was ready. Go up there with a personal check only to find out they do not except them. They say some comments to my son that they thought were appropriate, which were not. The first time we paid almost $1000 and this time it was just over $1200 for the same problem that wasn't fixed the first time. The very next day truck wont start. They will pay for the damages they did to the truck and no longer will I do business with any Bob howard dealership."
