"They are very disorganized. They have the habit of delivering in the wrong private mail box. Every body gets every body's mail. Be more attentive and more organized please and thank you. ... Also for any potential F.A.Q. Customers: they do not mail an invoice to an alternate address you provide to them. Ask them the moment you pay and mark your calendar by your self ... They Do Not Provide A Renewal Date Even Then !! ... A late fee is added the day after. GOOGLE SAYS THE OFFICE CENTER IS CLOSED ON MONDAY, A HOLIDAY. I AM SO VERY GLAD I STOPPED BY ON MONDAY JUST IN CASE GOOGLE'S INFORMATION MIGHT BE WRONG. Your Private Mail Box risks cancellation after a few days. I do not know how much The Late Fee would have been; Perhaps they printed it on a Past Due Notice. Since I paid In The Nick Of Time, I got only the Renewal Notice, and the Amount Due Notice. UPDATE: I have the papers with me: " Your Mailbox Service Agreement will expire on the Due Date listed above. Please remit the above amount prior to then to avoid interrupted service and / or late fees. Thank you for your business ! " and " Your Mailbox Service Agreement expired on the Due Date listed above. In accordance with our contract, we are suspending your mailbox services until payment is received. In addition, a late fee has been assessed. If payment is not received within 15 days of the Due Date, you mailbox will be permanently closed. " aside from the spaces, I typed it verbatim. The Notice Date and Due Date on BOTH letters say the same thing, the 16th. However, I did find the renewal date under " Term: " so I will be sure to copy them and put them on a bulletin board or some thing so I can see and remember. Also yes I was able to speak with Angela. I paid in time."

"The employees are some of kindest and most helpful I have experienced in a very long time. Such a delight in today's times! I have been a customer for several years. However, I am very dissatisfied by the new setup. It does not function well at all. No place to set my folders or packages. I hope to see it corrected the next time I'm in. It's not customer friendly at all."

"Everyone here is so polite and welcoming. My first experience was great. They helped me in getting a package sent out to someone. There was an issue with the package being delivered and I panicked because the person thought I was lying and didn’t send the package. I mistakenly threw the receipt away, so I thought I would try and contact someone at Pack ‘N’ Mail to see if they could help me show proof. They were able to send me all of the information I needed to my email! I am so impressed with their customer service! I will definitely be returning here for any future needs."
