"Poor communication, especially on insurance cases. For background, I took my Kia here after a tire blowout hitting a curb, and total cost ran around 3k. They had trouble finding my car on the lot initially, and had slow response times to sending and signing needed paperwork needed by insurance. Expect several months' time for repairs if you do not book in advance your repair. Rentals are not offered or discounted. They claim to clean your vehicle inside as well, but It was clear nothing was wiped down inside. I will say their work was solid. They did a good job, but the extensive wait times meant I had to pay for a rental for quite some time. The EXTENSIVE wait time is the low rating, but quality of work earned an extra star."

"I will only take my Cadillac to Jerry Seiner collision center! Service is exceptional and they value their customers! I had a small door ding in my rear panel and Nick was able to get it out by doing a PDR on it. It looks great and only took him 1.5 hours while I waited. It cost me a fraction of what other collision centers would have charged. I always know I can depend on quality from Jerry Seiner! The manager and her office gals were great and very friendly. "Edit: No one at this buisness seems to care about customer service. Communication from staff is horrible. If they had told me it would take 6 weeks to fix what they considered a minor repair, I would have gone elseware. Its very expensive to pay out of pocket daily for a loaner, especially when it took over 5 weeks to even start work. Read that again, FIVE WEEKS TO BEGIN. I BOUGHT my car from this dealer even! When I called 4 weeks ago asking about progress, I was told the long wait was because I hadn't made an appointment. Sorry, my tire blow out was unexpected. It's obvious from the store response to my review they think 6 weeks is totally acceptable for repair time, and my desire for some sort of remedy is unreasonable. I cannot speak for quality of work but service is substandard. Original: If you're working with insurance repair, do not come here. it's been 5 weeks and they still don't even have the parts to start work on my Undrivable vehicle. Many delays made with documentation and working with my Insurance Company. And they do not provide any loaner vehicles. Beware if You need your car fixed in less than a month, This is is not the place. If they remedy this situation in some way before my vehicle is done I will update my review."
