"Just before Christmas, a spark plug in my Kia came apart (it had been installed at a different car repair service) and its pieces destroyed my entire engine. I needed a new engine and turbo charger-- the total was over $13,000. The service rep, Renee Doctorman, could hear the angst in my voice, and recognizing this was an immediate and unplanned expense, she actually consoled me on the phone and helped me problem-solve (when does that happen?). She agreed to talk to her service manager, Mike Nguyen, and they not only reduced the service charges, but also detailed my car as if it was for sale, all for free. The car was beautiful. The total help they gave me in my situation was in excess of $1,000. They treated me like I was family, and as a result, I am now a Bob Moore customer for life."

"My wife took my both of our cars in for oil changes. Service was fast, on both oil changes. They found and showed us signs of a leaking/failing belt tensioner which we had them replace while we were there. Everything went great. Over the weekend I noticed something unusual on her hood while moving her car. After sitting it in the sun (It had been sitting in the garage since the service) I realized that it was about a square foot area of scratches sweeping front to back. This was a Sunday so I called and spoke with the service manager Shawn Monday afternoon. I expressed my concerns of the scratches that showed up after the service. I was prepared to have a heated argument because I knew these scratches were not there before car was serviced (I had washed it by hand the night before the service). To my surprise and delight there was no argument, merely discussion. We quickly deduced the scratches were from something that got on the brush from the complimentary car wash. The car was brought in the next week and we were offered a loaner. They first tried a buff/sand that didn't quite get everything out. It was 95% there but again without reservation Shawn looked at it himself and said that they would have the hood repainted. We had the loaner through the process and had the car back from their paint shop by the end of the week and the hood looks outstanding. It looks just like new. I did not expect this level of service and care when something went wrong. Especially in this day and time when the norm is to redirect responsibility rather than take responsibility. Needless to say service and customer care at Bob Moore Mazda is head and shoulders above the rest!"
