"Overall service and response is timely. Price is not cheap, but seems fair for quality of work/cost of parts for this manufacturer. Only one slight gripe keeping me from 5 stars: I have been in twice to have the handbrake serviced and it still gets stuck on cold mornings (about 25% lockup on brake.) I told them this and they said they had never heard of that, even though a quick google would show that it is a very common problem Since it is an older car and I saw no history of replacement I wondered if a fresh cable would lessen these instances. Instead my solution is to get up earlier and heat the car longer the night before a big freeze (duh) But this takes about 30 minutes which seems excessive, but I have never experienced this before. They told me to just not use my handbrake which leaves me a bit miffed as to why they charged me twice to fix it. For context I have a steep driveway and my car is a manual. I was worried about leaving it in gear without brake, but it seems like that would add minimal wear to the transmission. So I may try that next."

"If you own a Volvo - and on the rare occasion that it needs work - these are the folks to take it to. They are the Doctors of all that is Swede. If it needs it they'll fix it - if it doesn't they won't. Aside from being a great repair shop - they count on a long term relationship with their client base which is rare in today's world. Highly recommend this group of Volvo nerds."
