"The owner tells me to bring me car in the next morning, get there and he tells me it’s Friday so doesn’t want to work. After he finally does works on it he decides he to complete the work without calling to tell me he’s decided to charge me $200 More because he ordered the wrong part so took him longer to finish then yells at me on the phone to pay him. Unbelievably unprofessional and shady. I do NOT recommend at all. They will do anything to get more money or try to keep your car"

"i had a cut on my CV boot so i called around and most places were not able to set an appointment anytime soon. i called an-thanh garage and was told over the phone it would be done in a day. i dropped off my car after work on the 14th around 4pm and i got a call at 8am on the 15th that my car was repaired. the turn_around was less than 24 hours!! also the price was less than a third of the estimate of what firestone said over the phone. and the expeditious nature of mr thanh van nguyen repairing my vehicle leads me to believe he is the most honest, dependable and no-nonsense mechanic in the area. i am immensely grateful for his services."
