"I remember this park from the 90s playing baseball. The playground was more fun back then when playgrounds were less safe thus less exciting. BUT actually there are some cool new features that I had never experienced as a kid! I had lunch at the pavilion and that was nice too. I wish the trail wasn't polluted with CONSTRUCTION. So sad that they cut off my favorite portion of the trail. No trees there. Just piles of dirt."

"Great big updated park. Tandem swing, two swing areas, huge playground and smaller ship playground for the littles. Pavilions and bathrooms west of the park. Tons of seating around and a little path down to the water behind the playground."
"I went to visit this park/trail after reading the reviews and seeing the pictures! I am staying in the area for a few months, so I wanted to go and explore! It is a wonderful area and the trail is extremely well maintained! Listening to the creek, the frogs, the sights and smells of nature were all just great! The serenity, the peacefulness, and pure quiet is so welcoming and inviting! It is great for all skill level, old or young! Great for families and the kiddos! They will love and the playground! I did see several people walking their dogs on leashes and I did not run into or step on any doggie droppings haha! Enjoy! It is worth it!! Happy trails ~ Marie"
