"Did an OK job on my Avalanche. It was borderline beyond what I could have done by myself. They made a joke about firing the guy that did the job. My guess is that's how they use deflection marked as humor to keep the customer from being disappointed. I was not impressed. I realize it's hail damage to a metal surface, but there were still dozens of noticeable dents. Seems like they could have tried harder or charged less."
