"4th time I've used John's. First 3 times I felt they were overpriced but I just payed and moved on because I just didn't have time to compare prices. It's this latest experience that I'm done with John's. I had my van towed and I even left a note with my keys that it needs a new thermostat. They looked at it all day and couldn't figure out why it was overheating. So I bought a thermostat at Oreillys and installed it myself. Saving myself 5-6 hundred in the process. Bye Johns Auot!!!! fixed it myself, WOW"

"I've yet to do business with these folks, but one hot summer day my truck died across the street and without hesitation their crew ran over to help get me off the road. That shows a lot about the kind of people they are. I usually work on my own vehicles, but if I were to hire a mechanic I would give them a shot."

"It was near closing time and I was visiting from out of state. I had driven over a screw and could hear air leaking out of my tire. I had recently purchased my used truck and wasn’t familiar with changing the tires. (Also being a senior citizen I wasn’t looking forward to changing a tire.) I tried another place but they didn’t have time so I called John’s. The manager said come on over. They fixed my tire in no time and were super friendly. Being at the end of a workday I was impressed with how I was treated. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend John’s."
