"I will never do business with this company again. I purchased 2 sets of tires. 1 of my husbands tires started losing air after being on the vehicle for 1 week. He was thinking that maybe he ran over a mail or something therefore he takes the tire to the local tire shop and on the inside of the sidewall, the tire had separated. I called and drove the tire out to get the replacement and the rude gentleman working there told me that he would have to consult with the owner. Well needless to say I called them 3 times and got the same story,”I need to talk to the owner”. So I just called again today and he tells me 2 months later that they will not be exchanging my tire because it was a done from hitting a curb or something. If that were the case, I would not have asked for the exchange. We did not hit anything! It literally started seperating on the inside. He didn’t want to continue the conversation with me on the phone and hung up, I called back multiple times and he would not answer. Whoever the owner is of this tire shop, except responsibility for the defect of this tire and teach your shop manager how to not hang up on customers. I will be filing with the BBB concerning this businesses practice."
