"Sterkels Auto Design Cody Sterkel I had one one of the worst experiences with a shop in Texas trying to get a kit installed on my 2020 Charger. I brought my car to Sterkels Auto Design hoping to get the damaged to my car corrected. I was told by Cody he could absolutely correct this and he stood behind his work. This would be a 100% false statement. Here is exactly why. Cody stated this would be done in 7-10 he didn’t say 7-10 business days just 7-10 days well this job was completed in 37 days. Which when I brought that up to him he informed me that’s doesn’t mean anything. Cody said he would keep me informed as process to my car was made but this was also false. I had to reach out to Cody on 3 separate occasions just to get a status on my vehicle and his responses as to why they where so behind started to become questionable. I brought a grill and spoiler attachment to be install along with kit and Cody once again agreed to install those as well but this was also false, not only did those pieces not get installed he failed to even tell me until I saw my car a couple days before. I requested gun smoke grey stripes be added to my car when I spoke to him during the estimate which Cody agreed would be installed but once again another false statement. No stripes where added and I was not told about this until I saw the car two days before release. Once I paid just under $4,000.00 I sent my vehicle to my mechanic and within 24 hours he found several issue’s that needed be corrected by Sterkels Auto Design but when Cody came up to look these issues he simply said well that’s on the owner, he made us rush it and that’s what happens when you want your vehicle back so soon. 3 days after at my house 3 of the 4 finders are now coming off and when I reached out to Cody today he would not respond. For those reasons above I will not be recommending Sterkels Auto Design to anyone."
