"4th time I've used John's. First 3 times I felt they were overpriced but I just payed and moved on because I just didn't have time to compare prices. It's this latest experience that I'm done with John's. I had my van towed and I even left a note with my keys that it needs a new thermostat. They looked at it all day and couldn't figure out why it was overheating. So I bought a thermostat at Oreillys and installed it myself. Saving myself 5-6 hundred in the process. Bye Johns Auot!!!! fixed it myself, WOW"

"It was near closing time and I was visiting from out of state. I had driven over a screw and could hear air leaking out of my tire. I had recently purchased my used truck and wasn’t familiar with changing the tires. (Also being a senior citizen I wasn’t looking forward to changing a tire.) I tried another place but they didn’t have time so I called John’s. The manager said come on over. They fixed my tire in no time and were super friendly. Being at the end of a workday I was impressed with how I was treated. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend John’s."
