"Their service department does a fantastic job. They sent me a video showing me all of the issues with my car. I also received a phone call from Brandon who went over the items that needed to be repaired with me, and make sure all of my questions were answered. They were kind enough to provide me with an Uber ride both to and from my work that day while they worked on my car. Brandon has helped me on more than one occasion with both routine services and my most recent repairs. He has gone out of his way to make sure I always comfortable and informed. I would highly recommend them for both regular maintenance and for repairs."

Seat covers over my beautiful leather, floor mat covers, never a hint of grease or dirt left inside. #2 is the responsiveness of the service managers, the continual updates via text, the walk-around videos, the valet pickup service, and easy online scheduling. #3 is the work. I have called now every morning for a week and when i press two to speak to someone to get an appointment i am either left on hold for 20 minutes or someone answers and then hangs up on me. Keep in mind i paid around 1,000 to have my car fully serviced."

"The service center here is great. I typically work with Brandon, but any of the service advisors are great. I'm always kept up to date on my car and if there are any repairs, I always get the options and prices without having to ask. I also never feel like I'm being pushed into a service I don't need either. The advisors are always up front with me and let me know why they are recommending something. The service in general is great. My car is always returned clean too which is something some dealers seem to neglect. Price wise, it's the dealer so it's a little more than other shops but not by much. Knowing I'm getting Volvo techs working on my car makes it worth it."
