"If I could give zero stars, I would. I called to ask about a repair and followed up further about the parts that would be used and the person, I assume Milton from the other reviews, that I was speaking to was incredibly rude. I apologized for offending him (because I asked where his parts come from?) and that led him to hang up on me. I called back and he continued to berate me. They may do great work, but I’ll never take any vehicle here and will tell everyone I know the same."

"My partner has been taking his car here for a long time and has only had great things to say. I was unable to take my car here when needed, but when I needed advice, he took the time to answer my call and look into getting me an additional opinion. Kind and honest. Very much appreciate it!!"

"I would give this place a zero star review if I could. Milton (the owner) is the most disrespectful and miserable person I have ever had the displeasure of having to meet. He was short and abrasive with every customer that came into the shop. Milton constantly rolled his eyes when being asked simple questions. A man had come in to pay for his son's mirror on his truck to be fixed and Milton yelled at him not understanding why he was there as the mirror was not fixed yet. The father had just come in to pay for the service and check on the status. I was getting a simple inspection on my car. I waited for the inspection, received the key when he was finished and asked if I needed to pay. He acted as if this was a dumb question and proceeded to call me dumb for even asking. I asked him if he was always this rude to his customers and he proudly said "yes" and I will get ruder real fast. I would advise no one to ever bring their vehicle here."

"Dependable. I’ve taken all 6 cars that my family owns here. They do good work. They tell you what is wrong ( what needs fixed now and what can hold off and for how long), there estimated costs have always been spot on, they do the work in the timeframe they give, the work is done right or it’s corrected immediately. I will stick with Autograff for my auto mechanical needs"
