"I am extremely disappointed in this place. I moved here a little over a year ago and have been trying to look around for trustworthy mechanics, that will not take advantage of a 25 year old female like myself. I have a membership to the take 5 car wash for about 6 months and thought I would try out their oil change service because I had needed one. 1,900 miles later my light comes on that it’s low. I go to take it and the man that helped me didn’t even ask as to why I’m back so soon. Synthetic oil should last about 10,000 miles in my vehicle. I drive an Audi q5 and the gentleman says they have to vacuum out the oil and it should be quick because this is what is recommended for my vehicle. After 5 min he comes over and says the vacuum isn’t working and they have to pull the drain plug now I am sitting there for about 25 min with no explanation as to why my oil light was on so soon or why they switched “the method” they used. Just to mention in, there was 7 guys out by my vehicle that could give me no explanation. I pay for my “oil change” and look at my receipt and it says all of my parts are functioning correctly and I read on the bottom there was an “oil leak”. I park in the same spot at my complex where I live everyday… there are no oil stains. I completely got taken advantage at this place not once but twice. My partner has had the same experience with his car as well running low on synthetic oil after 4,000 miles meaning they are filling up the car incorrectly . Consumerism is a right I have to be educated on a goods/services before I do the transaction and I wasn’t given that.With being mistreated now 3 times collectively, I want to give people the opportunity I wasn’t given.."
