"The staff was very helpful when picking up our car from the nearby towing company. We couldn't reach the towing company but the auto body staff was so helpful when we were needing help after a holiday. They each went out of their way to try to help reach the tow company and helped us through the process to get our vehicle. The tow company could learn a few things about running a business and I hope they pay the auto body employees for doing the tow company's job. If I need auto body work, I'd return to this place based on how helpful they were when they didn't need to be. Thank you for your great service and kindness."

Mechanic was supposed to call him Friday, then Saturday, nothing. This is the worst mechanic shop we’ve ever had to deal worth in our lives. It’s so unprofessional. I will never use them again. Just communicate. You told my husband you were staying late to fix it last Friday and that you would have it delivered to our house Saturday. But we didn't hear anything.
