"I got an oil change and an emissions test on my car. They said it would be around a half hour until they finished. I asked them to contact me when they finished the emissions and oil change, and they never did. I would also like to point out that although they changed it, my car started making noises like it got all of it's oil removed. I understand this can be a normal process, however, it continued for a few days. My car felt worse to handle going out than going in."
