"Amazing experience! We were looking at trucks for about 3 weeks and came in to look at a 2012 GMC. Bret helped us out so much, even sending an overview video of the exterior and interior before we came to see it! He was the least pushy dealer we had interacted with and was very willing to work with us and our lower budget. Very nice dealer, they let us take it to our mechanic to have it looked at, and Ken Garff was willing to help us with the minor issues. Thanks Bret! We will be back when looking for our next car!"
"At first, Alex and Jager were super nice and helpful, we waited over a hour to go in to finance to sign paper work, after filling out the paperwork I left. The next day I found a ding and scratch on the new truck, Jager said he would make sure they were fixed since it is a brand new truck, been over three weeks and I haven’t heard anything. During the whole process I tried to call Kevin over 5 times and he never picked up the phone, every time it got sent to voicemail with a full voice mail. I tried to email Kevin and Alex and got no response. Paid a lot of money to be thrown on the back burner, I’ve bought a lot of vehicles at dealerships and this has been by far my worst experience, I will not return there, and I will not recommend them to anybody."
"They actually started out as a 5/5, but slowly lost points along the way. They were great about responding to my emails to initially get me in to look at a car. The test drive went well, and so we went in to look at some numbers. The first sales price they gave me was significantly higher than what was posted on their website. I had to point out to them that their sales price was wrong. I should have known that was an indication of things to come, but they explained it away that the price had not updated "in their system". The rest of the negotiation was ok, but then little by little the deal changed. First they had to charge me more than agreed up for registration based on my zip code. I was not aware that registration costs vary by city to city, and I'd assumed that the cost was the same across the State. After all, registration is done by a State agency. But I took their word for it. Then after pre-paying for 3 oil changes, they told me that they use a new shop, but could not tell me which shop to go to. I still don't know where to go. When the time comes I'll take it into their shop, and hopefully they'll know where I'm really supposed to go. The night I drove my car home, the door ajar light stayed on after the door was closed. So the interior lights stayed on and drained the battery overnight. The next afternoon the car would not start. During the sale, they assured their mechanic would look over the car, and I think he would have noticed something like a faulty door ajar switch before releasing the car for sale. I emailed the sales team photos of the check engine light and ignition light that came on when it failed to start. I put the battery on my own trickle charger and it was at 35% at that time. Hard to believe something like that could make it out the door after their mechanic checked out the car. Over the course of a few days, I sent 4 emails to the sales team. No response. I filled out the survey they sent me. No response. Several times during the sale, they asked me to refer my friends and family to them, but in good conscience I cannot do that. Not after the way my deal turned out and their communication went completely dark."
"I got a Toyota tundra and it was advertised online with a blind spot monitor system and a parking monitor system. The truck has these things but the sensors do not work. The salesman at the dealership did not know how to fix this (this makes sense because he’s not a mechanic) and said it probably would be cheap to fix because it was likely just a code that needed cleared. All the places near me charge a certain amount to read the code. It look like my left bumper is warped pretty bad and it is hard to tell unless you really look at it. I included a side by side view so you can see how bad the warp is. I did buy extended warranty however it costs about 300 in gas to get to salt lake and back. -Update. This truck I purchased was in an undisclosed accident. The inspection they do clearly is not that awesome. The left bumper has been hit hard and it folded under the bed. They advertised it with a blind spot monitor and parking assist. Neither of the systems work because of this accident that happened. After making Ken Garff aware of this they offered 900 of the 2500 bill it would cost to fix but I do not have 1600 dollars to drop right now. I do not know who's to blame but I would avoid here if you can. If you are set on going here then buyer beware. They are willing to not explain body damage to sell a vehicle. I would like to trade in for a vehicle that actually has the things I paid for but I cannot because I am locked in to the loan on this thing. For the record, the warranty that I paid 5K ish for does not cover any body damage from a previous owner. Body damage THEY KNEW was affecting the truck. Because of buying this warranty it has ruined my options of getting another vehicle. I am locked in to the loan at around 36K when the trucked only costed around 31K. I cannot get my money back. Do not make the same mistake I did."
"Fantastic Car buying experience. Spencer was our salesman and was great. From the whole experience from the accessories person to the finance person - Abraham - to Noni - the manager they were all great. Highly recommend. Also as your search I would start with car fax records that have green light maintenance records. We found what we wanted and then the dealership was great to work with. Very good experience. Will update the review if anything changes."
