"Not impressed. Took my car in for a simple front brake change months ago. Ever since that day my brakes have been squealing so loud that I’m getting looks each time I drive. I have taken the car back to him 3 times now to fix the squealing… and they still aren’t fixed. I even took the car in for a second opinion at another shop to see if it even is the front brakes that are squealing and when they said yes and told me WHY they are squealing… Brian got upset and said “ I would never throw another mechanic under the bus!”. I feel like you wouldn’t have this reaction if you wanted the best for your customer. Now i'm out $400 with no solution."
