"My 5-stars are for Florence (Pharmacy Tech)! You took the time to help me when you didn't have to and it meant the world to me. I came in yesterday and paid for a prescription. After mixing one of the meds together for me, you asked me if I had any more questions. I made a remark about how ridiculously expensive the price seemed for a routine medication. You then took the time to look up a coupon for the medication (saved me $120), refund what I paid, and then ring me up again at the register while others were waiting. You had no obligation to do this and I can't thank you enough. You reminded me of how much of a difference great customer service makes. It was awesome to save that money, but the way you made me feel by giving me your time and help was priceless. Thank you!"

"Walmart pharmacy was wonderful and helped me out without any problems on 3 different occasions. I had 2 eye surgeries and had to get several rxs filled before heading home out of town. They were a God-send! Thank you!"

"I called for a refill and I waited a couple of days I called and the lady told me the request to the doctor was never sent and she said she sent it while on the phone. I called my doctor and was told they will send it back and I could get it that same day. I go a couple days later and then they never filled it saying someone was suppose to call me and let me know the doctor wouldn’t approve it and I told her they sent it and I know they did. They also keep asking for mine and all 4 of my kids medical info even though we have been with them for years. Paying Walgreens more will be worth the transfer. I never had any issues with them."
