"I don’t often give reviews, but the guys at southern tire mart deserve an exceptional review.I will start by just telling the truth, i came in on a Saturday the Service manager (derek) helped me find two wheels and two tires 24” which first are very rare these days , but not only that was able to find em in exact matches to my existing one . Being that it was Saturday and already short handed i assume he called in jeremey and asked him to go out quite a distance from thier shop location because I couldn’t limp the truck anywhere that two wheels were riding on rim. I know for sure both guys went above and beyond normal job procedures and used understanding that i was in a pinch. It was fair priced and everything i needed they had in stock . Pretty sure if u need a tire place this would be my shop if i lived closer. You dont find customer service like that too much anymore. If i am or near salt lake and need more tire or repair service, they would be my first call. Again thanks to both of you gentlemen, and thanks to southern tire mart for employing great employees ."

"Tires are a once maybe twice a year thing depending on how many vehicles you have so the interactions are not often. For years every time I leave this place I have an overwhelming desire to share with the world how incredible this team is and how great they took care of me and I am sure you. "Hit or miss. Today was a miss. Called for two 265 70R 19.5 trailer tires Saturday morning. Staff member stated that they would be available after delivery Monday at 1000. We parked across the street and checked in at 0730 when the doors opened. Watched 7 trucks come and go for tires until 1230. Went in to ask what the status was. "No tires." Left to go pick up a load heading out of state. As owner operator/ OTR team drivers, we don't have the luxury of loosing $1500 a day waiting for $900 pair of tires to eventually show up. A courtesy call with an update on the delay would have sufficed. This STM branch ranks down the list of Mobile, AL. Might want to take a look at how STM Amarillo, Las Vegas or St George operating procedures better the customer experience to close the deal."

"West Valley location. The staff there was amazing. My company recently have decided to use Southern Tire Mart as one of the vendors for our fleet. I had a leveling kit and all new tires put on. Randy was one of the guys I remember that helped me pick out a great set of tires. I drove and as promised aggressive yet quiet A/T tires. Unfortunately they were just a little too wide and rubbed when going through big dips. I told them the issue and was asked to bring it in and they would put on a different size. The thing that was impressive is I brought the truck in first thing in the morning. They were short handed a couple guys but made sure I took 1st priority. They had the tires swapped in just under a hour!! Seriously amazing. Most tires shops end up taking 2 or more hours. They wasn’t upset and just wanted to make sure that I was happy and taken care of as quickly as possible. I plan on using this shop for my personal vehicles. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants honest answers and do to upsell me tires that I don’t need. Thank you"
