"Awesome place to go for all your car needs. The staff is super knowledgeable and honest. I’ve been taking my car here for a while and I have never had a problem."
"Unfortunately I waited here to get an alignment and they wouldn't do it because I needed brakes, which I had parts on order for but could get done before the alignment on the weekend... they refused to perform the alignment then they quoted me 1200 in parts for the alignment. I ended up fixing the brakes and doing the alignment in my driveway and I did not need the parts they quoted. Make sure you get a second opinion with this place or they might rip you off."
"Took my 2015 Buick in and told them I need all the breaks done and to check my bushings because of a rattling when I break in the front. They looked it over and called me back and said it was the tie-in-rods and strut on the passenger side. They replaced just the parts they said I needed and got the car back to me in a day. The Buick drives better than it’s drove in 5 years. I’m happy with the work and will bring my other car to them instead of the dealership when I have problems in the future."
"These guys have been great up til now. I've used their services to patch tires, replace tires and do an oil change without issue. Recently called for quotes to do a minor tune up (as one of my oxygen sensors needs to be replaced) and sniffer test for an EVAP leak. Was told that they do not do tune ups, but that they charge a $138 diagnostic fee to see what's wrong with the vehicle, even if they do the repair. I told them that I didn't need someone to diagnose my vehicle and again asked for quotes for the tune up and sniffer test. The technician on the phone asked me to wait. And then, I overheard him making fun of me for being a know-it-all and then he hung up on me. These guys are ok mechanics, but for that kind of customer service, I won't be using them again."
