"Incomplete and delayed prescriptions the last few times that I've been here, despite the doctor calling them in 6 hours before I picked them up. Told to wait 10 minutes for them to finish every time, but it usually ends up being longer. You guys need a couple of more people on your pharmacy staff whose job is only to pull orders. It's a disorganized madhouse back there.. Also someone whose job it is to answer the phone. Don't bother calling this location, as they never answer. This is a problem with management and staffing, not with the people who are currently working there, who are polite and trying their best. There simply needs to be more of them, and they need to be better organized. Step it up Walgreens before you start to lose customers to better staffed pharmacies."
