"TERRIBLE!!!! I would not come here ever. Went here to get my tires aired up on my 2020 3500 Chevrolet truck and they ended up erasing my sensors that monitor the air in my tires. Now they want over 180.00 dollars to fix what they caused. This is unbelievable. What a joke of a place. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you know what is good for your self you will avoid this tire shop entirely."

"I went several places to get a tire patched. Was worried I'd have to replace it. Les Schwab bad it simple, not only fixed the tire, but tested my breaks, my tires and made sure I was safe to drive it. Thank you for making the process easy."

"My tire ended up blowing out on my way home and I had to quickly pull over across the street into TSO Transmission’s parking lot. My dad came down to put on my spare but was weary about me driving on it so we decided to go across the street to Les Schwab to see what they could do. It was about 5:50pm and they closed at 6. Despite on the verge of closing, Micheal quickly greeted us in the parking lot and my dad explained what had happened. They were more than willing to take a look even tho they were closed by this point. Turns out my tire had a nail in it and was torn from the small bit that I drove on it while flat. They were able to quote us for a used tire and got it on within 15-20 minutes. Not once did anyone complain that we were in there even though it was after hours. Super super helpful and didn’t think twice about helping us out. Fast and efficient service and I couldn’t be more thankful. Especially because the guys at TSO Transmission didn’t bother to help out and instead were quite rude about me being in their small parking lot. These guys deserve something great in return for their amazing service towards us."

"Honestly pretty disappointed. I brought my older Silverado in for an alignment. Yes it's not new and parts are used/worn but anouther shop said everything was still within saftey spec and just had to be aligned due to pulling to one side. Brought my truck in early Saturday with an appointment and upon checking in, they accidentally deleted my appointment because they overbooked. Not 10 minutes later Garrett came to me in the waiting room having already looked at the truck. Garrett had a quote in his hand for $1300 in unnecessary parts. He explained how he's not going to waste time removing stuff to replace just 1 idler arm, so we have to do both. And whiles he's there the lower ball joints "are moving more then an inch! It's not road worthy!" OH MY! Garrett then explained he's overbooked and if he's going to spend time on my truck, he needs to make a decent amount off me. He refused to do an alignment because he was too busy to make a small amount of money without parts and it was all the parts for none. I politely declined and went home. With my truck off the ground, I did a shake down test for myself. Yes the idler arms were worn but not unsafe and easy to replace. Ball joints had no play, control arms are new, and tie rod ends looked just fine (I'm an ASE Certified technician no longer in the industry because of scammy people like Garrett). I've heard mixed things about Les Schwab but they were available on a Saturday for an alignment. Never again would I send anyone to this location to be screwed over if they didn't know better. I'm embarrassed for them to have technicians selling unnecessary parts due to wanting a good pay check."
