"Literally had to get an oil change fast because my old dealership wouldn’t do it anymore. I came in, quick and super easy oil change services. Very respectable and nice people who work here and went into detail of the whole process of what they were gonna do for me and my vehicle. I had Michael who. He led me through the whole process and was overall amazing. Will recommend any quick services through this store specifically."

"Whew! Getting my car serviced wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I dreaded coming to get my oil changed because it has been a while. Koh and his manager were polite and courteous. Customer service was superb. A full synthetic oil change, plus they were able to get my headlight replaced. They helped take the edge from my anxiety and for that, I am grateful and will be back in April. Thank you for servicing my vehicle!"

"I have been coming to this location for years. Emissions mainly. Never had a problem. Well today changed that. My b/f and I stopped in around 12:30 for a oil change and transmission flush. Quoted 20 min. Goofing off, shoving and horse playing. 4 kids standing and staring at the engine of our car literally just standing there and talking for 15 minutes. I asked if they were going to do something. They looked at me surprised. Like why was I asking them that? After being there for almost an hour they started to put oil back in. Another 20 minutes later, they said they were done. Joel and Brandon were the ones that were supposed to be the Lube Specialist. Interesting. They need to find other employment if that is how they think their job should be done. We left at 1:47. 1 hour and 17 minutes to do a 20 minute job!! Seriously !?! I recently had surgery or I would have done this job myself. If these kids are working when I need anything else done to my vehicle. I will go somewhere else."

"My husband took me truck here to get the oil changed. They left the cap off. They refused to give a refund due to us having to replace the oil cap and replace oil. Also refused to pay for a motor wash. Since my truck doesn’t even have 80 thousand miles on it they are lucky I didn’t blow the motor!"
