"Spoke with a representative about tracking my new vehicle order- Ford told me to call ATG for tracking updates as my dealers tracking was down. I was met with hostility and horrible customer service. As the end user of the vehicle in transit, the employee I spoke to refused to share information with me. I was treated like I was asking for someones dead grandma's social security number when I asked "has my bronco been delivered to Ken Garff Ford" I hope this message finds leadership at ATG. This is a learning experience for employees."

"DO NOT USE ATG! If I could give zero stars, I would. Read on to see why. My experience with ATG was terrible. I work for a company that needs vehicles transported around the country and decided to go with ATG for a certain job because of their high Google reviews. Since we do not physically work with the vehicles ourselves, we have to rely on the transport companies to notify us when a job is completed. ATG did not live up to the high Google reviews at all. First off, they sent us the invoice BEFORE the job was done and we paid it just like we do with every invoice we get. We didn't think twice about it since we figured ATG would do a good job for us. 2 MONTHS later, we were notified that the vehicle still hadn't been transported. I contacted ATG to see what was going on and why the vehicle hadn't been transported. The rep I spoke with, Germ, said it showed as completed in their system, but seemed to have no idea what happened or why the vehicle wasn't transported, nor did he have an answer as to why they sent us an invoice for this job when it hadn't even been completed yet. Honestly, he seemed pretty incompetent and his customer service was terrible as well. Very unprofessional. Anyway, about a week later, Germ called me back with the excuse that they had tried to set up an appointment to transport the vehicle several times, but the place holding the vehicle wasn't answering nor would they return ATG's calls. I called the place myself and got through just fine so don't think ATG tried very hard to get in contact with them. Since it had been 2 MONTHS since I sent ATG the transport order, there was now almost $1,000 of accrued storage fees. Germ called to let me know their driver was there to pick up the vehicle, but that they, "didn't have the means to pay the storage fees." I asked him if we fronted the fees if they would reimburse us and he said no. The storage fees only exist due to ATG's poor business practice, and it should have been on them to pay the $1,000, but they refused. This company is dishonest and does not accept responsibility. This is the first and last time I will use them to transport a vehicle for us."
