"I originally had a great experience with Caliber Collision, however there were a couple issues that were not fixed initially and they said they would order the part and call me etc. They never called me and I always get the runaround. My brand new truck was also making a high pitch noise and the manager essentially told me there was nothing they could do. Overall dissatisfied."
