"The only place I will go. Gentry is the best. They are honest and don’t take advantage of the fact that I don’t know anything about my car. I went to them for a second opinion and when they told me I didn’t need the service the first place recommended I was sold and a customer for life!"
"They cost me $1864.00 on a new transfer case. For a year they had been working on my 4-wheel drive issues. And charged me well over $1k. "Service 4-wheel Dive" light kept coming on. Finally, when the sound got horrible, took it to another shop. Not a drop of lube in the transfer case. Also, I asked them to grease the u-joints every time it was in for service. They didn't. Had to have those replaced as well. Go somewhere else. Not worth throwing money their way."
