"DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I went in for an oil change and the guy that rides his little ninja to work everyday started telling me I need new tires and that they where gonna ruin my transmission ( tires where brand new) he pushed me to order them right then. I said NO and went and got 3 other opinions from les Schwab , discount tires and take 5 all said they where the right size and highest quality I could get . I hate snakes , keep your grass cut and don't let your ladies go alone they will tell them they need everything done ."

From the minute I pulled up to the bay, to the last moment they opened my truck door for me - this place was ULTRA respectful of both me and my truck. "This place took an hour to do emmissions... This is a 10 minute job 15 tops. The car sat in the bay with the hood up the whole time. And they were not short handed. 5 guys working on 2 cars. Will NEVER go back to a Jiffy Lube."

"Recently, I went to this location to get an Emissions inspection done. When I pulled up, I waited at least five minutes before anyone came out to greet me. I know they saw me because they poked their heads out to see and then hurried back in. There was no one else there at the time. Just the two employees. A male and female. When they finally did come out to me, they greeted me with somewhat of an attitude. I got the impression that they didn’t want to work that day. I went back in to get an oil change today and both bays were closed but no one was in there. I figured they were closed because it’s so cold. I waited 10 minutes and no one came out so I drove around and I saw the same male and female from the last time , and when they saw me, they hurried up and acted like they were mopping. I asked if they were open and the female said yes with an irritated look on her face. So I got back in my car and left and I’m now heading to another location. Initially, I just chalked it up to them not wanting to work that day. But with this being the second encounter that I’ve had with both of them again, I figured I’d let someone know because it’s obvious that customer service is not their goal. So now I’m driving further away to get my oil changed and hopefully this message gets to the right folks. Update - I reached out to the email that was provided in the email below however no one has responded to me."
